Manages overall client base, promotes client retention, and provides customer service to established clients in assigned market to establish Baptist Memorial Health Care Corp. as the healthcare provider of choice. Works to generate new business for assigned market by using established sales and marketing processes to increase market share and generate hospital revenue. Facilitates access enhancement and strategic planning goal achievement for market hospitals. Performs other duties as assigned.
Provides consultation and support services through assessment and follow-up intervention to satisfy internal and external customers. • Develops and facilitates marketing strategies in collaboration with Director of Marketing and Chief Medical Officer to develop marketing plans to fulfill business objectives/goals to strengthen the hospital-physician relationships within a designated geographic area. • Maintains records of business visits and physician recruitment interaction and updates Management to ensure ongoing communication regarding feedback from customers and physicians is addressed in a timely manner. • Establishes and retains business relationships within the designated market area to facilitate sales leads. • Completes assigned goals.
Experience 2 years sales/marketing experience or equivalent.
