Responsible for facilitating the integration of various technologies into the instructional programs at the College, through the recommendation, selection, design, production and implementation of technology based solutions in various academic learning environments.
Supporting faculty and student use of learning technologies through training and tutorials, troubleshooting, and providing other support services as needed. Creates technical documentation and assists with some user training.
Incumbent works under the general direction of a Site Director of Information Technology. Incumbent works one shift, eight hours/day, five days/week and is subject to callback 24/7/365 as required.
Minimum: Bachelor’s Degree required, experience in Educational Technology preferred plus three or more years relevant experience in an educational or training setting.
Must possess a valid Driver’s License.
Appropriate certifications as they apply to specialized area of expertise.
