Provide the learning activities and support that will lead to the achievement of the course objectives in Psychology courses in support of the mission and goals of Baptist Health Sciences University. Primary responsibilities are to plan, develop and teach Psychology lectures, assessment of educational outcomes to evaluate student performance to ensure competent entry-level practitioners. Demonstrate a commitment to diversity; the ability to appreciate alternative viewpoints; and the skill to work effectively with a wide variety of people, fostering collaborative learning. Under the administrative direction of the Chair of General Education.
• Master’s Degree in Psychology; or Master’s Degree with a minimum of eighteen (18) graduate semester hours in Psychology; Doctorate preferred.
• Evidence of potential ability in teaching;
• Good character, mature attitude, and stable personality;
