Supervises and coordinates major operational functions of the Office of Admissions, including management of the admissions process for applicants and prospects; coordination of recruitment, development and implementation of on-campus admissions events; coordination of the admissions process for accelerated programs. Represents BCHS at community/regional recruitment activities, serves as primary liaison with high school and two-year college counselors; assists with developing marketing materials and recruitment strategies to attract prospective students and coordinates admission process for applicants. Under the direction of the Director of Admissions. Responsible for all functions 8 hours/day, 5 days/week. Incumbents are subject to hours beyond the normal workday.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, education or related field, such as a health science degree.
Two (2) years marketing or recruitment experience, or equivalent. At least one (1) year undergraduate or graduate college admissions experience, and/or graduation from Baptist College.
