Senior Level Manager. Manages the activities of first-level managers, supervisors, and/or individual contributors. Responsible for hiring, firing, performance appraisals, and pay reviews. Broad knowledge of the field with proven management skills. 7+ years of general experience with at least two years of management responsibility.
This position manages all activities and personnel through analysis of system needs, planning and knowledge of complex system processes ensuring that all solutions are within the strategic business objectives of BMHCC. Incumbent is subject to overtime and callback as required by BMHCC.
Skill and proficiency in communicating and performing the techniques and processes of IT management. General, broad based knowledge of IT systems, systems integration, complex internetworking and collaboration as acquired through completion of a four (4) year bachelor’s degree and seven (7) years experience, or equivalent experience.
Requires a minimum of two (2) years management or project management experience. Proven combination of experiences that demonstrate advanced knowledge of leadership skills and understanding of complex internetworking issues and integration. Proven experience that demonstrates the ability to lead, guide and direct team activities. Experience in basic business applications (i.e., budget preparation, strategic planning, etc.)
Must possess a valid Drivers License. Appropriate certifications as they apply to specialized area of expertise.
