Provides a broad range of administrative and support duties of a highly responsible and confidential nature to the President of College. Prepares special reports by gathering, summarizing and analyzing information. Works relatively independently and may oversee the work of others. Communicates with a diverse population, including faculty, staff, students, board members, physicians, hospital staff, and outside customers. Under the general direction of the assigned administrator, responsible for 8 hours per day, 5 days per week. Incumbents are subject to hours beyond the normal workday.
High school diploma. Some business college preferred.
3 - 5 years of secretarial experience with evidence of increasing responsibility. Ability to type 60 words per minute and transcribe dictation. Proficient in the use of personal computers and financial program packages.
